Reserving your appointment
When you book with us, that time is set aside for you and for the provider who will be taking care of you. We hold it and turn away other requests for it, so we ask that you let us know as early as you can if your plans change.
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment. Your card is not charged when you book — it only secures the time and covers the situations described below.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give us at least 4 hours notice before the start of your first appointment. 24 hours is even better, and gives us a real chance to offer the time to someone else.
There is no charge to cancel or reschedule within that window.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
If you do not cancel before your appointment start time, or you do not show up, we will charge the card on file 50% of the price of every appointment that was not cancelled.
If you booked more than one service, this applies to each service you did not cancel.
Running late
If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, but we may need to shorten your service so the next guest is not kept waiting. The full price of the original booking still applies. If you are running behind, call us at (818) 379-7079 and we will tell you what is possible.
When we make exceptions
We are people, and life happens — sudden illness, a family emergency, a car that will not start. Call us and tell us what is going on. Waiving the fee is at our discretion, and we would rather hear from you than not.
